With the Company marking a steady growth every year in the MEP as well as the Power T & D division, the Human Resource and the Training team constantly recruits and trains individuals to join us to form a stronger ECC team.

Graduate / Management Trainee Program:

The Company values fresh ideas and younger minds to think different to spell Quality, which is why Technomark ECC conducts campus placement programmes, wherein every year, a panel of Hr along with the technical support visits B – Schools, Engineering Colleges and recruits promising talents.

The joining individuals will then go through a training programme for the next one year on live projects. Every new recruited individual will go through intense at the same time a promising training module covering all aspects of

• Project Design
• Project Estimation
• Project Management
• Project Scheduling and monitoring
• Project Material Indenting and forecasting
• Project Cost Control and Budgeting
• Client interaction at meetings, Presentations
• Project fund flow management – Revenue vs. Expenditure Analysis.
• Project Billing, Joint measurement process, M- Book writing

 

• Environment, Health and Safety implementation.
• Quality Management systems and of course Management decisions etc.

Under the GTP, every individual is assigned a group Head and is subject to a close performance review and is credited by a grading system on target achievements. The grades are calculated at the
end of completing one year and based on the credit rating system, every employee by then moves into appropriate ranking and joins the main stream in their appropriate vertical.

By the end of the training year, the trainees will have got exposed to all aspects of the Graduate / Management Trainee Program and can opt for their desired vertical through a test process.

Once, after allocating a certain vertical and then, should an employee wish to change a career stream within the Organization, then necessary expression of interest along with the right attitude
will have to be satisfactorily approved by the assigned Group Head.
